CIFAC offers you a bright and dedicated team that knows the complexities of "force account," the public works construction industry and the California Public Contract Code. This year CIFAC celebrates 30 years of experience and success. CIFAC is looking forward to providing even greater coverage with two new field representatives in Southern California.
